- Overnight valet parking charges are $60 per vehicle, per night, inclusive of tax.
- Day valet parking at The Beverly Hills Hotel is $22 per vehicle with no in and out privileges allowed.
- Some street parking may be available around the hotel, however cannot be guaranteed.

An online program evaluation will be posted to the online meeting syllabus and to www.promedicacme.com after the conclusion of the symposium. You will be provided with instructions on how to complete the evaluation via a welcome email a few days before the meeting begins. Once the evaluation has been completed and submitted, you will receive your certificate via email as a PDF within two (2) weeks of submission.
Physicians can also claim ABIM MOC Points through the evaluation process. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit when requested by the learner.
